Kuwait Shopping Festival Coupons T&Cs
- Coupon Eligibility:
Customers will receive 1 coupon for every KWD 10 spent in a single purchase or its multiples (e.g., KWD 20 = 2 coupons, KWD 30 = 3 coupons). Participating companies may issue coupons for under KWD 10 at their own discretion, with notice to the festival. - Receipts and Refunds:
No refunds or exchanges of sold items will be processed unless accompanied by the original receipt and all coupons issued during the sale. Refunds void the coupons issued with the original purchase. - Receipt Combination:
Customers may combine multiple receipts from the same store to meet the 10 KWD threshold for coupon eligibility. - Draw Participation:
Each coupon is valid for participation in one draw only and cannot be reused for future draws. Coupons must be completed with accurate information and placed in the designated collection boxes before the cut-off time for the respective draw. - Receipt Requirement for Winners:
The winner must present the customer’s portion of the winning coupon and the original receipt to claim the prize. Failure to provide will result in being disqualified. - Coupon Validity:
Coupons are valid only during the Kuwait Shopping Festival period from January 21, 2025, to March 31, 2025. Coupons that are damaged, altered, or tampered with will be deemed invalid. - Exclusions:
Purchases made using gift cards, store credits, or promotional vouchers are not eligible for coupons. - Fraudulent Activity:
Any fraudulent attempt to obtain coupons, acquire them illegally, or forge them will result in the participant being disqualified from the draw, along with necessary legal actions being taken. - General Guidelines:
Participation in the Kuwait Shopping Festival draws constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait is the authority responsible for the validity of coupons and the draw results, which are considered final. - Festival Modifications:
The festival management reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organisers have the right to cancel or postpone the draws or modify the festival schedule.
All participants must comply with the regulations and instructions of Law No. 39/2014, Executive Regulations No. 27/2015, and the Amended Decision No. 361/2015.

What are security tags and why do I have to remove them?
If you have bought clothing from us, you may notice a soft tag on one of the inner seams. This is the security tag. You'll find it sewn on next to the garment care or washing instructions label.
You must remove this security tag to prevent it from being reactivated. Take care not to cut too close to the seam and damage the garment.
Do remember that once you remove the tag, you will not be able to return or exchange the product. Of course, if the item is defective, we'll gladly take it back even without the security tag.
