5. Promotion Period

- Prizes will be delivered within seven (7) days from the date of the draw, as required by Ministry of Commerce regulations.
- The recorded draw session shall constitute final and binding evidence of the winner selection process.9. Unclaimed Prizes
If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 5 calendar days from the date of first contact or fails to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify such winner and select an alternative winner using the same draw method.Unclaimed prizes will be reallocated through a documented redraw process.
The organizer shall not be liable for any prize that is not claimed within the specified period.
Winners must respond within 5 days of notification.
Verified prizes must be claimed or delivered within a maximum of 60 days from the date of winner confirmation.Any registration, insurance, or governmental fees required after prize delivery shall be the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.
10. Disqualification

Kuwait Shopping Festival Coupons T&Cs
- Coupon Eligibility:
Customers will receive 1 coupon for every KWD 10 spent in a single purchase or its multiples (e.g., KWD 20 = 2 coupons, KWD 30 = 3 coupons). Participating companies may issue coupons for under KWD 10 at their own discretion, with notice to the festival. - Receipts and Refunds:

What are security tags and why do I have to remove them?
If you have bought clothing from us, you may notice a soft tag on one of the inner seams. This is the security tag. You'll find it sewn on next to the garment care or washing instructions label.
You must remove this security tag to prevent it from being reactivated. Take care not to cut too close to the seam and damage the garment.
Do remember that once you remove the tag, you will not be able to return or exchange the product. Of course, if the item is defective, we'll gladly take it back even without the security tag.
